BACT SRL is a Belgian design, architecture and construction company founded in 2006.
Its founder, Adel Choubassi, brings more than 30 years of experience on construction sites and in industrial project management, in Belgium and in 11 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Thirty years spent between the drawing board and the site: architecture and design on one side, industrial project management on the other. Projects ranging from single-family houses in Wallonia to production plants, mills and a 50,000-seat stadium — in Belgium and across ten further countries.
Our mission
Our mission is to support clients from the initial idea to handover.
Upstream, we carry out feasibility studies, design and drawings, structural calculations, quantity surveys, specifications and planning permit files.
On site, we deliver and coordinate the works, from foundations and structural work to finishing and building services, up to final acceptance.
In construction
We work for private clients — single-family houses, renovations and extensions; for developers and investors — apartment buildings; and for companies — industrial, office and hotel buildings.
In industry
We manage complex capital projects for leading groups, in pharmaceuticals, steel and metals, energy and renewables, and infrastructure: GSK Vaccines, UCB Biopharma and Baxter; ArcelorMittal, Angang Steel, Eko Stahl and Sidmar; Duferco, John Cockerill and 2Valorise; and the Khalifa International Stadium in Doha.
