Expertise

We design the project, then we build it.

Our added value is a dual expertise. We design buildings and industrial facilities, and we also build them, control their costs and deliver them on schedule.

01 — Upstream

Design & engineering

A project that is badly defined on paper becomes expensive on site. Everything that determines the cost, the programme and the permit is settled before the works begin.

Feasibility studies

What the site allows, what the regulations permit and what the programme will cost — assessed before you commit.

Design and drawings

Architectural design and the full drawing set, from the first sketches to the execution drawings used on site.

Structural calculations

Sizing and verification of the structure — foundations, load-bearing elements, floors and openings.

Quantity surveys

Measured quantities and cost estimates, so that the budget rests on figures rather than on assumptions.

Specifications

Written specifications and tender documents that leave no room for interpretation when the trades price the work.

Planning permit files

Preparation and follow-up of the planning permit application through to the decision.

02 — On site

We deliver and coordinate the works, from foundations and structural work to finishing and building services, up to final acceptance.

  • Joinery and glazing
  • General carpentry and woodwork
  • Finishing, painting and floor coverings

  • Final acceptance and handover file
Who we work for

Three kinds of client, one standard.

Private clients

Single-family houses, renovations and extensions. You deal with one person who knows both the drawing and the site, which is what keeps a private project from drifting.

Developers & investors

Apartment buildings and residential operations. The budget and the programme are established before the acquisition is signed, not discovered during the works.

Companies

Industrial, office and hotel buildings. Production constraints, phasing and acceptance requirements are handled the way they are on a capital project.

How an assignment runs

Five stages, each one closed before the next begins.

First meeting and feasibility

We look at the site, the programme and the constraints, and tell you plainly whether the project stands up — technically, legally and financially.

Design and permit

Design, drawings and structural calculations, then the planning permit file and its follow-up through to the decision.

Budget and tendering

Quantity survey, specifications and consultation of the trades, closing with a costed schedule and a budget you approve before anything starts.

Construction

Works delivered and coordinated on site, trade by trade, with progress and expenditure reported against the approved schedule and budget.

Acceptance and handover

Snagging, final acceptance and a documented handover file — so what was built matches what was specified, on paper as well as on site.

Next step

Tell us about the project. We will tell you what it takes.
